DJL is a very saturated blackened petrol teal-leaning blue, with flashes of greener and bluer bits. And some charcoal. This batch is more variegated than usual.
All the skeins are from the same batch, but due to the number of dye processes, they are all unique. We strongly recommend alternating if you'd like a more even result.
(This is a very saturated colourway. I have washed it and the rinse water is clear. However, as water and washing method may vary, if you're planning on using with a lighter colour, I would recommend knitting a small test swatch with all the colours you're using, and wash and block in the usual way. Cold water and a couple of drops of dishwashing liquid is a good bet!)
Fibre content: 100 machine wash treated Corriedale.
Yardage: 830 metres / 906 yards
Recommended knitting needle size: 2.25 – 4.00 mm for garments and accessories
Wash carefully by hand in cool water with a few drops of clear unscented dish washing liquid (if needed). Dry flat in shade.
I try hard to take photos that accurately represent the colour of the yarn, but please note that screens all show colour a little differently. If you have questions about colours, please ask, and I will do my best to describe them for you!
