This OOAK colour is a weird gooby pinkish. It's a slightly mauve leaning greyed pink, sort of the colour of a drowned worm on the footpath after a storm. It has tonal variegation, and a few speckles in khaki, gold, and black.
Matt and squashy, this is a singles spun yarn, that knits at a 4ply gauge. It's perfect for accessories and garments (not socks!!). (This base may look a little kinky in the skein, rest assured it lies flat and smooth when knitted up!)
Fibre content: 100% superwash merino
Yardage: 366 metres / 400 yards
Recommended knitting needle size: 2.25 – 4.00 mm for garments and accessories (not socks!)
Wash carefully by hand in cool water with a few drops of clear unscented dish washing liquid (if needed). Dry flat in shade.
I try hard to take photos that accurately represent the colour of the yarn, but please note that screens all show colour a little differently. If you have questions about colours, please ask, and I will do my best to describe them for you!
