Ericarrrggghhh! Blue - Port

Regular price $35.00

Tax included.

Ericarrrggghhh! is a bad, bad colour. Described by an innocent bystander as 'violently purple'. This batch leans marginally more blue than standard Erica - it's still wildly purple but not the same as previous!

These skeins are all from the same pot, but due to the number of processes, they are all different. Alternating skeins is recommended if you desire a more even result over a larger project.

It's loud and brash, and very, very purple.  Varying from rich royals, to more eggplanty washes, it's a deep and saturated colourway.

(This is a very saturated colourway. I have washed it and the rinse water is clear. If you are planning to knit this with a light colour, I would recommend knitting a small test swatch with all the colours you're using, and wash and block in the usual way. Cold water and a couple of drops of dishwashing liquid is a good bet!)
----------

Port is a smooth high-twist four ply construction. It’s great for garments and accessories. Port gets extra soft and squashy after it’s had a bath.
