DJL is a very saturated blackened petrol teal-leaning green, it's very dark, and has a lot of tonal variegation. We recommend alternating skeins if a more even result is desired in larger projects.
(This is a very saturated colourway. I have washed it and the rinse water is clear. If you are planning to knit this with a light colour, I would recommend knitting a small test swatch with all the colours you're using, and wash and block in the usual way. Cold water and a couple of drops of dishwashing liquid is a good bet!)
Kelpie is a fabulous yarn - soft superwash merino - which takes dye like a dream, combined with natural linen - which doesn't take dye at all! The result is a tweedy blended look, adding depth and interest to any colour.
This yarn is great for garments and accessories, and showcasing cables!
All skeins in this listing are from the same batch. Some colourways have many dye processes, which means each skein is a little different! I strongly recommend alternating skeins when knitting a larger item.
